Today at 10 a.m. Eastern time, the Education and Labor Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives is holding a hearing on the Education Begins at Home Act. Julie Fenley, a Parents as Teachers participant at the Parents as Teachers Heroes at Home site in Norfolk will be a witness at the hearing, along with 5 other witnesses.
